You’ll ensure the customer journey is seamlessly smooth as you manage enquires and plan test rides, greet customers at reception, agree their sales requirements, and present completed motorcycles to customers. It’s a chance to make your mark as you provide exceptional an exceptional service while maximising sales opportunities for accessories.
Empathetic and self-confident with a flair for building relationships, you’ll have the proven customer service skills to take ownership of issues and to provide our customers with the solutions they expect and deserve. You’ll have ideally gained experience in previous vehicle sales roles (cars or motorbikes). Passionate about all things BMW Motorrad, you’ll be keen to keep up-to-date with the latest technology and product developments. A full UK driving licence will be useful but not essential, as will strong communication and presentation skills. Above all, you’ll be impatient to get on.
